Preparazione
STEP 1
Frullate la Mortadella, mettetela in una ciotola con gli albumi ed il parmigiano e mescolate bene.

STEP 2
Col composto formate delle palline di circa 1 cm di diametro.

STEP 3
Immergetele nell’olio bollente e cuocetele fino a quando saranno dorate. Servitele ben calde.
