Mini flan di zucca con Mortadella Bologna IGP

- Mortadella Bologna IGP, 100g
- Zucca, 200g
- Pecorino romano, 100g
- Uova, 2
- Rosmarino, q.b.

Preparazione
STEP 1
Lavate ed affettate la zucca. Disponetele su una teglia, salate e cospargete di rosmarino tritato.

STEP 2
Cuocete la zucca in forno a 180° per circa mezz’ora.

STEP 3
Frullate la zucca insieme agli altri ingredienti, conservando qualche fetta di Mortadella per decorare.

STEP 4
Mettete il composto in quattro stampini da creme caramel imburrati e cuocete in forno caldo a 170° per circa 50 minuti.
