- Mortadella Bologna IGP, 100g
- Pasta fillo, 6 fogli
- Olio, 50g
- Semi di sesamo, zucca e girasole, q.b.
- Foglioline di timo, q.b.

Preparazione
STEP 1
Stendete un foglio di pasta fillo, ungetelo con l’olio.

STEP 2
Cospargete con le foglioline di timo e i semini.

STEP 3
Stendete la Mortadella e adagiatevi sopra un altro foglio di pasta, ungendo anche lui con l’olio.

STEP 4
Tagliate in 3 strisce e arrotolate ogni rettangolo dal lato lungo.

Cuocete in forno caldo a 180° per circa 10 minuti.
